Dean and Chris have worked together for 20 years on an extensive variety of projects. A great deal of their work has been on custom homes in the Pinehurst, NC area. Noting the recent decrease in residential building, their focus shifted to commercial projects. Both men also have a great deal of experience in stonework. The majority of this work has been done throughout Pinehurst, NC.
For several years, Dean and Chris worked together as Caulder Masonry, a sole proprietor company of Dean Caulder. In early 2007, the decision was made to form Caulder & Snead Masonry, LLC. (Limited Liability Corporation) At this time as in the past several years, all masonry work is performed exclusively by Dean and Chris.
We both enjoy the satisfaction of doing a job well and of doing it ourselves. The decision was made to keep the company small and focused. This may limit the size of projects we can accept but it insures that every job done by Caulder & Snead Masonry will receive the "personal touch" and personal pride.
